# 배송 품질 우수 인센티브

### 배송 품질 우수 인센티브란?

배송 품질 우수 인센티브는 일정 기간 동안 발송기한을 빠짐없이 지킨 셀러의 **옵션**에 하루 동안 **상품판매수수료율 0%**를 적용하는 제도예요. 별도로 신청할 필요 없이, 조건을 충족하면 **매일 자동으로 적용**돼요.

인센티브는 **옵션 단위**로 적용돼요. 셀러 단위나 상품 단위가 아니라, 옵션 하나하나를 기준으로 판단해요.

### 인센티브 적용 조건

아래 **4가지 조건을 모두 충족**해야 인센티브가 적용돼요. 하나라도 충족하지 못하면 인센티브 대상에서 제외돼요.

#### 발송지연 처리와 준수율

발송기한 준수율의 구체적인 계산 방식은 다음과 같아요.

> **발송기한 준수율** = 해당 일자에 발송기한 내 발송 완료한 주문 수 ÷ 해당 일자가 발송기한이었던 전체 주문 수

발송지연 처리(발송기한 연장)를 한 주문은 변경된 기한 내에 발송하더라도 **발송기한 미준수**로 간주돼요. 발송지연 처리 없이 원래 기한 안에 발송을 완료해야 준수율 100%를 유지할 수 있어요.

### 인센티브 적용 방식

조건을 충족한 날의 **다음 날 오전 01:00**부터 인센티브가 적용돼요. 매일(주말·공휴일 포함) 오전 01:00에 조건을 충족한 옵션을 자동으로 선정해요.

| 연속 적용   | 조건을 계속 충족하면 다음 날에도 자동으로 적용돼요.      |

신규 등록 상품도 조건을 충족하면 다음 날 01:00부터 인센티브가 적용될 수 있어요. 주문 건수가 많지 않아도, 발송 이력이 1건만 있으면 대상이 될 수 있어요.

### 인센티브 확인 방법

#### 인센티브 적용 중인 상품 확인

**토스쇼핑파트너스 > 상품 > 내 상품**에서 현재 인센티브가 적용되고 있는 옵션을 확인할 수 있어요.

#### 인센티브가 적용된 주문 확인

아래 경로에서 수수료율 0%가 적용된 주문 건을 확인할 수 있어요.

* **토스쇼핑파트너스 > 주문 > 주문내역**

주문내역과 건별 정산내역에서는 수수료 0% 적용 사유가 표시되기 때문에, CPC 광고 기여 구매로 인한 수수료 0%와 **배송 인센티브로 인한 수수료 0%를 구분**할 수 있어요.

### 유의사항

* **영업일**은 주말과 공휴일을 제외한 날짜예요. 주말에 발송한 이력은 인센티브 선정 기준에 반영되지 않아요.
* 발송지연 처리 후 변경된 기한 내에 발송하더라도 **발송기한 미준수**로 간주돼요.
* 당일에 **페널티 점수가 발생**해도 적용 중인 인센티브는 **23:59:59까지 유지**돼요. 다음 날부터는 인센티브 대상에서 제외돼요.
* 당일에 **오늘 출발을 해제**해도 적용 중인 인센티브는 **23:59:59까지 유지**돼요. 다음 날부터는 인센티브 대상에서 제외돼요.
* 하루라도 발송기한을 넘기면 다음 날부터 인센티브 대상에서 제외될 수 있어요.
* 상황에 따라 정책 내용이 바뀌거나 조기 종료될 수 있으니, 공지사항을 꼭 확인해 주세요.
